Basic Action Steps for Aging Well


Squat with toes spread.

Breathing through nose, mouth closed (Nestor)

Neutral Heart…Stand/Sit up 

Setu Bandha and/orViparita Karani supported with a block/bolster.  

 Hydrate/restore the body.

Daily habits

Clean nose, teeth, scrap tongue.  Outside in early morning to set circadian rhythm for quality sleep, no bright light 10pm-4am.   Walk outside, rain or shine.



Primarily(not rigid) plant based, limit fruits, especially the older you get.
