Steps for Aging Well



Squat with toes spread

Breathing through nose, mouth closed.

Setu Bandha and/orViparita Karani supported with a block/bolster.  

Daily habits

Outside in early morning to set circadian rhythm for quality sleep, no bright light 10pm-4am.  


Limit processed foods, limit fruits, especially the older you get.
