Our hatha yoga is based on the work of Krishnamacharya utube. Two of his most influential students are B.K.S. Iyengar and 

Krisha Pattabhi Jois.  We follow the basics of the Ashtanga Primary Series; suryanamaskar, standing postures, forward bends, arm balances, backbends, headstand, and shoulder stand.
